airtel doesn’t allow more than 5 transactions in a month through airtel.in. you can pay airtel bill using paytm for more than 5 transations. It worked for me

i did pay thru paytm but its stuck now on paytm its been more than an hour

Sorry for going offtopic but since many people are visiting this thread, I wanted to post my query here.
I bought the Ambrane P-1000 10,400 mAh power bank from paytm and got for 938 after cash back. I got the product delivered today and I got cashback in my account as well. They automatically credited back the cashback.
Now the power bank came with 51% charge so kept it for charging and the percentage would not move even after 40 minutes. I use nexus 7 wall charger to charge the power bank.
So for trial I connected my tablet for charging to the power bank and the battery percentage dropped by 1% to 50%.
So i knew that charging of devices is working. Put back the power bank for charging and the percentage does not increase above 50% now. The IN indicator is blinking supposedly indicating that the power bank is receiving charge.
Have I got a defective power bank ?
If yes then how do I claim a refund or replacement from paytm ?

Once the cash back is credited you cannot ask for a return or replacement. Better goto Ambrane website and call the repair service or customer care they will arrange for the pickup and service and deliver to you. It happened to me once, the power is not at all working.So they serviced and returned to me. Excellent follow up by Ambrane.

That is pretty stupid that we cannot ask for replacement after getting cashback. Also I never requested for the cashback, They automatically transferred to my paytm wallet.
Have sent an email just now to ambrane, lets see what they say.
Have also dropped email to Paytm, but I don’t have hopes after seeing your reply.
