6 hours after this transaction, someone else tried doing transaction with payzapp and same card. but transaction failed due to incorrect pin. looks like my transaction is hacked. anyone else faced similar issue with payzapp?

I would say since now RBI has provided the facility to block your e-commerce transaction on your card, better to do that and when required unblock it, place a transaction and block it again . Of course if you are not frequently used the online transaction on e-commerce sites.
But anyway otp will require for all the transaction.
For international fraud please block your card for any international transaction

Make sure you verify on income tax website, generally complete name is registered in records and you might be entering just the initial of middle name while registering for KYC. Also note that this must match in PayZapp profile section, hence, update that too before registering for basic KYC.
