Happend with me 3 times, all the time it is issue from Big basket. i just called bigbasket CC and they added with in minutes.try it and let me know..

Added money to wallet using Payzapp, BB page was hanging after payment page but got SMS saying money got added to wallet so killed the app after checking wallet balance on web.

1. First promocode (New User) is applied and then afterwards deduct balance from Wallet OR 2. First deduct balance from Wallet and Then afterwards apply Promocode.Huge difference between the two
Please clarify if anyone have used BB wallet and Promocode (for New Users)
Promo code is applied on your order value, you have to pay the balance using BB wallet or other payment methods.
