Eligibility
- This offer is applicable only once per user per card during the offer period ( 27th April – 29th May 2022). If we extend this offer beyond 29th May then the customers who have already availed of the offer will not be eligible for the same.
- If the customer has multiple accounts (user profile/registered numbers)on PharmEasy. They can avail of this offer only on one account per card. If the customer uses the same card to place an order through another registered number, the customer will not get the benefit of the offer.
- This offer is not applicable on payments made for diagnostics orders
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
- Can be used only once during the offer period per card
- Offer valid only on successful transactions, not valid on canceled orders.
How do you get it?
- Log into the PharmEasy app/website & select the required medicines/products/services
- Add the required medicines/products/services to cart
Upload the prescription (please choose I don’t have a prescription in case if you do not have a prescription). - Select proceed to payment.
- Select Credit/Debit Card (Please note the final payable amount needs to be Rs.1500 or more to be eligible for the offer. Please read the terms and conditions related to the offer in the offers section).
- Please enter your HDFC Debit or Credit Card details and proceed to make the payment.
- Once you enter the card details & proceed to make the payment, the discount amount will be displayed on the OTP page of the customer.
Make the final payment and complete the order process
Conditions in case of cancellation
The user will not be eligible for the offer if order is cancelled.

i spoke to agent, she was so rude , that she is saying you do the payment, once after delivery we will see if you are eligible or not and followup with payment team.
and I was like, at later point in time you will ask us to followup with HDFC and you will blantly deny that discount had to be provided by them as we showed you on our checkout page

yeah cc agent said I will escalate to payments team and you will get refund in wallet within 72 hours if you are eligible. He checked and said earlier though that you are eligible. I don’t think they will honor from their side.
