This is brilliant move from Philips to charge via micro USB.
Price reduced after eliminating charger from box and customers won’t complain as they already have multiple mobile chargers at home.
You don’t have to carry an extra charger while traveling as you will be already carrying phone charger.

Functionality-wise is it any better than 4000/15?

It’s a Flipkart exclusive! Even Philips has no info on this product. Have never come across such an exclusive product where the manufacturer themselves have no idea about it.

Well did some research on the philips website with the model number it says not available in India but in UK. Anyways ordered one, flipkart return policy long live. But still no details about the product just the manual I got. At least they have got one

Good move if they are including charger with it.
