PhonePe - Guaranteed 10% & 5% Cashback on Silver & Gold

• What is the offer?
  PhonePe Private Limited (“PhonePe”) has, for a limited period of time (as more specifically described below), decided to provide cashback to Users on their payment of Gold coin and bar purchase through the PhonePe Platform. Users for the purpose of this Offer (as more specifically defined herein below) shall mean the persons registered on the payment technology platform owned and operated by PhonePe (“PhonePe Platform”)
  Get guaranteed 5% cashback* for payment of Gold coin and bar purchase via PhonePe.

• What is the eligibility criteria?
  Valid on payment of Gold coin and bar purchase only through the PhonePe Platform (Please refer to “How do I avail the offer” section)
  Offer is only applicable when user buys a Gold coin or bar directly in single transaction
  Offer is applicable for select set of users only
  Payment for purchase of gold to be made through UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Wallet linked on PhonePe Platform
  Cashback will be calculated only on the transaction amount paid towards an order of the Gold coin/bar from the catalogue. If an existing gold balance is used for the transaction, cashback will not be applicable for that amount. Only the additional amount paid towards ordering the coin will be eligible for the cashback calculation for such a case

• What is the offer duration?
  From 22:00 hrs 07th October 2021 to 23:59 hrs 07th November 2021

• How many times this offer can be availed?
  Offer can be availed only once (per device, per user, per card) during the Offer Period

• How do I avail the offer?
  Open your updated PhonePe app and click on Investments under the bottom tap bar
  Under the Investments section, select ‘Gold & Silver’.
  Select a Gold coin or bar from the displayed catalogue and check the product details.
  Select ‘Get Delivery’, add your address & complete your payment.

• When do I get the cashback / benefit?
  Cashback will be credited as PhonePe Wallet balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction

• What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
  If you are eligible for more than one Offer, the Offer giving you the maximum Cashback shall be applied by PhonePe to the concerned transactions initiated by you

• What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
  In case of any cancellations/refunds, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and shall be non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (for recharges, bill payments, etc.)
  Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment.

• Other Terms and Conditions:
  A user can earn up to ₹9,999 cashback in the PhonePe wallet per financial year (i.e. 1st April to 31st March) from offers disbursed on PhonePe
  Offer is applicable on iOS and Android devices
  Any cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
  Cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores.
  Cashback gift voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
  The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
  PhonePe reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by PhonePe from time to time.
  PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
  In case of any dispute, Phonepe reserves the right to resolve the same as per the Terms & conditions of any offer at its sole discretion.
  Please note that PhonePe only provides technology interface on its mobile app/ PhonePe app for enabling payments via PhonePe to Gold Partner
  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Users and PhonePe in connection with this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter or dispute connected with this Offer
  By participating in this Offer, the User agrees:
  ○ to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of PhonePe shall be final and binding in such regard; and
  ○ to hold harmless PhonePe, its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer or acceptance, use or misuse of any cashback therein.
  Quality, Purity and insured delivery is assured by Gold Partners and is governed by their terms and conditions, Users are hereby advised to go through the Terms & Conditions of such Gold Partners separately. PhonePe’s role is limited to facilitating payments for purchase of gold only
  Any payments made outside the Offer Period or not in accordance with the present Terms & Conditions shall not be considered for participation under this Offer.
  In case of any cancellations/refund pertaining to transactions done within the Offer Period, such transactions in question will not be considered for participation under this Offer.
