Any charges to transfer that wallet amount to bank?

I saw a different banner on the Phone Pe Wallet page. It said that you can get up to Rs 300 cashback for the first three wallet top-up transactions. The transaction has to be Rs 500 or more. No detailed TnCs are visible when you tap on the button on the banner that says “Know more”. You are just taken to the wallet top-up page. So I topped up with Rs 500 and did not get any cashback. I am an existing user but did not use their wallet ever until now. In fact, my wallet was inactive due to non-usage for a year and I reactivated it just before the top-up.

I have raised a ticket with Phone Pe regarding this since it was my first wallet top-up transaction. In their first reply, they simply mentioned a computerized response that the transaction did not meet offer terms and conditions but did not mention which TnC was not met! I have replied them back asking for more clarity. If they still fail to not provide a satisfactory resolution, then I am not going to use their wallet ever. PhonePe seems to be very unreliable and untrustworthy regarding their wallet feature.
