Exactly. They don't deliver, your money is lying with them for 20 or more days. Should be sued in consumer court and their license suspended.

Beware of Pincode app though. If the ONDC-based Store fails to deliver order, they take more than 15-20 days to give you a refund.

They have reduced the second slab from 50% to 25% for orders from 2nd to 10th order so not using this app anymore
