I am having issues connecting to my office VPN using jio, anyone else tried VPN to work?
was working fine last week and now they seem to have blocked it. I am not even able to ping the VPN address. I have raised a Service Request with Jio, but have not heard back from them yet.
What is quickest way to get their attention ?

Same here, vpn connects though but speed gets dropped drastically. Wasn’t dropping like this earlier.

What is the download speed that you guys are getting?
For me speed test shows speed between 15-20Mbps but while downloading I am only getting speed of around 300-400kbps from last few days prior to last week I was getting download speed of 2-3Mbps. Have they capped download speed?
There is no issue in buffering videos, issue seems only with downloading.

some greedy ones might still offer you the sim if you buy accessories worth 2-500 rs from their store
