I generated code on my mobile and activated it on my friend s7 and after that he is saying he cant his new sim on s7 and i seen his barcode status is still un redeemed he is saying he will go to jio customer care and deactivate my sim , whats my question is am not used his code and i just activated preview offer how can this happen

One of my friend bought Wind 4 in June from Bangalore . Unfortunately 15 days back its gone dead as it was not switching ON. After that he submitted to Lyf service center and they told that it’s mother board issue. But it was out of stock due to that the y took 2 weeks to replace the same and finally he got it yesterday. Now the thing is that when he inserted Jio sim its showing as NO Service, no signal and service centre guy is telling its SIM issue needs to be replaced also ticket has been raised in JIO Care for the same. Can anyone help me to get the escalation details to resolve at the earliest or if any one faced issue let me know.

In settings, More, Cellular Networks, SIM 2 is blocked to GSM only in preffered network type, I can’t select WCDMA or any other option. Whereas the chipset MT6735M and it should support atleast 3G in slot 2, however its 2G only.
Can this be solved ? Please help me.Thanks !
If you set the preferred network of Sim 1 to 4G, then you will get only 2G on Sim 2
Change network mode of sim 1 to 2G, you will get 4G on Sim 2 as these are dual standby 4G devices

looks like JIO blocked torrent downloading ( according to you)
now you can download data through HTTP (zbiz.com, filestream.me)
or you can look for links yourself on google
you just need few google search techniques and you can find tonnes of data
you can combine power of zbigz.com shared account + website

Is it still working ? As I’m getting error while generating the code in Asus Zenfone 2 . Throwing “connection error , need jio sim and will activate automatically …” after pressing skip in offline mode. No “Get Sim” option coming .
is the trick has been blocked even in old apk ?

Basically use as Hotspot & faced battery problem.
at that time i receive battery from shopkeeper and replaced.
