1 items dispatched at 1;52 a.m.on 10/06/2016 and then returned to Seller as undeliverable at 1:50 a.m. same day i.e. 2 seconds before it was dispatched.
Same with another item.
Not to say three other items has already been arbitarily cancelled even before this drama of DISPATCH.
Three more items are still showing “On the way” and “Preparing to Dispatch” etc so until they actually reach me, nothing can be said about them.
But the question is that why this elaborate lies?
If they don’t want to give products at advertised prices, then just admit that they have employed inefficient people as a result of which inaccurate prices are being posted in their website en masse, and they simply don’t want to honour them.
End of story, Then no deceit, and/or falsehood are involved.
Also very disheartening to see that as soon as many of these international companies are falling into the clutches of the Indian managers then their operations are going haywire.
In my many years abroad, I have scarcely ever seen Price Errors in the parent web sites of these online companies, so why are they occurring with such regularity in these Indian subsidiaries?
Also that these companies have very liberal and customer friendly policies is due to the policies of the parent companies, and has nothing to do with the Indian managers sitting here with fat paychecks in these subsidiaries.
A couple of days back customer care from another Indian subsidiary of an American company was similarly playing games with me and refusing to honor its own T&C of purchase. Then no sooner did I inform them that in case of such blatant violations I will proceed to post my grievances in known social sites and also inform the parent company itself, that they overnight changed their stance and provided me with the resolution that I was looking for.
All in all it is my opinion that these Indian management people of even well known International companies are directly responsible for lowering the bars of performance of such companies.
Given the low credibility of such individuals I even cannot rule out the possibility of their collusion with rival companies to give a bad name to the company.

Same happened with me i ordered bat and i by chances got in the Ludhiana Amazon Courier office But Next day i went to Amazon courier office and asked them why they have not delivered the product, they didn’t tell any reason but they gave the product at that time to me otherwise it would have returned….

so those who have same problem ask them to visit the office (courier ) if the product has reached your destination office…
