When I have filed chargeback with Amazon on 12 may .. today receive reply as . Merchant told in written that services are provided and we can’t refund…
Also sent complaint to Npci but till now refund not credited..
Will wait till Tuesday and file complaint in consumer court…

Here is one suggestion
contact amazon payments team via phone call and ask them to raise chargeback for that razorpay transaction.
You can also contact the razorpay support team with the razorpay transaction ID received by email from razorpay at the time of transaction.
Update : Received reply from npci on 22 after many contacts.. But still refund not credited yet.. Anyone knows how much time will take to get refund to Amazon pay wallet?

Npci staff is worst .. Sent Fake reply as refund initiated ..when I have asked razorpay .. Received reply as no refund is initiated yet.. Will file consumer complaint on Monday

Hi, I have also placed an order via mobikwik (partial amount paid using amex) where the transaction was successful but there was no nthrewards order shown at the end. NPCI keeps asking for order details. Razorpay has asked for raising a chargeback. Nthrewards is unresponsive. Mobikwik says sorry for the delay and will update in few days. Any help on how to proceed on raising chargeback on mobikwik ? Thanks
Let me share my experience with you….
Purchased 4000 amazon GV from amazon pay balance on nthrewards.com
Order ID was not created, and obviously GV not received.
Contacted AmazonPay they told me order is successful.
Contacted nthrewards, they told me ask amazon to contact nthrewards and ask them to request for refund as buying amz gv from pay balance is prohibited.. So i did same. Also contacted NPCI through twitter, they asked order ID which i did nt have but gave payment ID of razorPay they asked me to wait then after 2 days told me that refund has been initiated but did not give RRN number and after 7 days again asking me to wait.
Contacted amazon almost daily, after 10-12 days they told me no response received from nthrewards. Transaction is successful from amazon side, so contact only merchant…
Now there was no response from nthrewards as they stopped picking phone… contacted daily to NPCI on twitter. Now NPCI was asking me to contact Bank and AmazonPay asking me to contact merchant.
RazorPay on the other hand asking me to file chargeback with amazonpay and amazonpay was refusing to do so, citing there is no provision of same with them. after telling same to razorpay, they asked me to file complaint at cybercell
Yesterday mailed amazon writing all the essay that i wrote above, then today i received a refund…
Finally a sigh of relief…
PS : I would not have made a transaction but did as trusted friend gave me info of this
Still 4k not received.. Razorpay told to contact merchant, Amazon told to contact merchant.. Merchant told we have initiated refund on 22 may but still Amazon doing silly things like initiating complaint but not chargeback.. Already filed consumer complaint.. Waiting…
