Kesarco didn't deliver pink salt orders. It was automatically canceled and refunded only 1rs for each. Also 5rs or more delivery fees didn't refund as cancelation fees...

I ordered 10+ items from them .. and all were delivered! Maybe ur case was an exception.
I had just 1 complaint, many parcels where not sealed properly, hence where leaking into the delivery bags

Paytm ONDC big scam. Most of the orders never gets delivered & also there is no customer care to raise complaint. Mine 3 orders not delivered & amount also not refunded. Ticket open since 2 months & no resolution given. Never order from Paytm.
