i generally dont hate any company as i know the pains to setup and run a company. But mobikwik from bottom of my heart, i wañted its end. Even everything is visible and evident, they took my 1100. No respite whatsoever we do. Rbi complaint helpline is just eyewash.

Mobikwik is far better than Phonepe Paytm and some others
They are giving continuously offers atleast something
if it is gone it is lose for us
those who hate mobikwik probably they simply dont know how to use mobikwik
It’s not today’s mobi$hit but the yesterday’s.. that made the precedence and they are somewhat follow that even now! These offers are surely improving and continuous but that doesn’t change the black sheep one was yesterday.

but never faced ant problem for refund using from 2012
Once they refunded bill payment of credit card which was already settled.. That was the only good thing that happened with mobikdi*k

its not even cashback that i am greedy of. I bought a item on jiomart worth 1100. Money deducted transaction failed. Again bought the same product. Again money deducted transaction failed. It is shown on the statement. Also shows only once refund was processed. Even raising multiple complaints and twitter followps with proof they kept saying money refunded. I called their cc numerous times explaining everthing, they agree on the call stil same reply, we refunded. Complained to RBI on portal and called them and also wrote email. Rbi cc always say we have forwarded your request.

i never had problem with airtel and iciici that does not mean noone has. So the one who have problems dont know how to bank with icici and dont know how use airtel sim? How good is this argument?

Mobikwik wallet load and Mobikwik bill pay transactions also use Zaakpay payment gateway.
How mobikwik wallet will work after 180 days ? 😀 Partner with other payment gateway provider like Paytm, PayU etc ?
Or shall we assume this is the end of MobiKwik Wallet ? 😬
I read somewhere, few years ago, Mobikwik’s Zaakpay payment gateway is only profitable business.
Right! they will have to move to some other gateway for wallet loads and Billpay txns. Also there is BillDesk as well which is being one consistent profitable business in Payment Gateway/Aggregation since its launch.
180 days 😤too much time. Only 180 seconds should be given. Or they should just stop mobidick completely
