Got no cb – used Rupay platinum card, 2 days over – what’s the support email Id of ola ?

No CB even after complaining. Stupid CC guys telling CB credits after 1 day. But I’ve told them before that I’ve added Rs. 250 on 24th Apr. – god damn ! do they even know English ?!

I received this excuse
I got other..
Its just that they wanted people to add funds to their part.
They dont want to give us anymore cashbacks.
They’re fully prepared with a huge list of excuses good enough to deal with us.
They hav a good record of our used cards previously and have prepared appropriate excuses accordingly.
They could not make that excuse to me for platinum rupay card as i hold one, they hit me with this one.
Good enough.
