I have been getting reports of redemption restrictions in Payback points which are accumulated using ICICI cards. So thought of sharing my way of redeeming it 100% for Amazon Gift Cards.
Report 1: Only 70% of points are redeemable in Payback.
Report 2: Only 30% of points are redeemable through Gyftr.

unable to redeem getting error
finally redeemed 20k points worth 5k.Generally I used to redeem for 1k voucher always But this time I accumulated till 5k to avoid 5 times 99+gst. Unfortunately Payback idiots started restrictions on full redemption last month without any prior intimation.

Working only on 1000 gv ?. I have 12661 points but able to redeem 1000 voucher for 4K points now. When I select 3 QTY next stage nothing hapenned, again when I tried with 1 QTY it worked, but GV not received till now.

Redemption is painful if you have icici account as it credits very less number of points and charges 150rs for Redemption…if you ae redeeming 100 points which has 4 points from icici…you will be charged with 150rs+gst….so stopped redeeming

Not getting PIN to redeem, forgot pass also does not trigger PIN to SMS/EMAIL, why?
I have faced this issue a while back but they have improved their system a lot recently. Never faced PIN issue in last 2 years. May be calling customer care can help? Or write them an email.

Alternatively, if no Lazypay deal, then one can also login by timespoints on payment gateway and pay via timespoints/supercoins and get more discount if payback points are less than required.
