On which products is the monthly discount applicable?
Monthly discount is applicable on an order of Grocery products sold on Flipkart Grocery as per the minimum order value excluding the shipping fees. The minimum order value is excluding Infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles & infant foods. Â

How do I get to know if the monthly discount has been applied?
The discount would apply automatically on a Grocery order of minimum order value of or above. No coupon or voucher code needs to be applied. Example: If the minimum order value for your Pass is Rs.1000, the discount would automatically apply once the order value is Rs.1000 or above. Â

Does the discount benefit carry forward from one month to next?
No, discount value cannot be carried forward from one month to the next. Example: If a customer has not availed of the Pass Discount of Rs.175 in the month of September, it cannot be combined with next month’s discount to avail Rs.350 in October. Â

What is the cancellation/return policy?
The Pass cannot be canceled/returned once SuperCoins are redeemed to avail of the benefit of Pass. Â

Can I buy 2 passes simultaneously?
No, only 1 Savings Pass can be bought per Customer Account at a time. You shall be eligible to purchase a new Pass once the validity period of your current Pass is over. Â Â

“Grocery Savings Pass” (individually “Pass” and collectively “Passes”) shall mean the facility that offers ‘Pass Benefits’ (defined below) to the customers on purchase of ‘Grocery Productsâ (defined below) offered by the Seller on Platform under Flipkart Grocery.
“Pass Benefits’â shall mean the benefits that a customer is entitled to avail if they choose to avail Pass Benefits by redeeming SuperCoins. Pass Benefits currently include a ‘Monthly Discountâ (defined below) applicable for the duration of the ’Validity Periodâ (defined below). The Seller reserves the right to revise/add/modify the Pass Benefits from time to time.
“Grocery Products” shall mean the products sold by the Seller on the Platform under Flipkart Grocery.
“Monthly Discount” shall mean the flat discount available to the Customer in each month of the ’Validity Period’ (defined below) on purchase of Grocery Products subject to the ‘Minimum Order Valueâ (defined below).
“Minimum Order Value” shall mean the net order value, excluding the shipping fee, at the time of checkout for the Pass Benefits to be applicable in each month of the Validity Period. Grocery Savings Pass entitles the Customer to avail the Pass Benefits on the purchase of the Grocery Products subject to the Minimum Order Value.

Pass shall become active from the date of purchase of the Pass.Â
The Pass Benefits will automatically apply on purchase of Grocery Products with Minimum Order Value or above placed in a single transaction per month during the Validity Period. No codes need to be applied by the Customer for availing of Pass Benefits.
Only one Grocery Savings Pass can be purchased per Customer Account at a time. The Customer shall be eligible to purchase a new Grocery Savings Pass upon completion of the Validity Period of his existing Grocery Savings Pass. For clarity, the eligibility to purchase a new Grocery Savings Pass shall be triggered post expiry of the Validity Period of his existing Pass.
Grocery Savings Pass is non- transferable and cannot be canceled or returned by the Customer once it is purchased.
The Monthly Discount will be split proportionally between all Grocery Products on the order basis of their selling price & shall be applied to each product individually.
