I applied for neucard through third party and got approved 2 days back. But I am unable to see details of card on Tata neu app.

Seems like they're rejecting willy nilly. Referred two people (both with existing hdfc cards) and both rejected after video kyc. Mailed PNO and they're asking for random documents to be physically mailed to their Chennai address.
