Applicability:
- The offer shall be applicable on RuPay Credit cards

Offer/campaign period:
- The offer will be valid from 1st Dec'22 to 31st Mar'23 (both days inclusive)
Offer and campaign details:
- Cashback of 10% on spends through Credit card on UPI through BHIM
- Minimum transaction for eligibility is ₹ 50
- Each customer is eligible to receive maximum ₹ 100/- cashback per month, within cashback period.
- Cashback will be credited to customers Credit card account on meeting the following conditions:
- Linking credit card to BHIM app
- Spends on the linked Credit card on UPI through BHIM app or any UPI app, during the offer period
- Customer will be eligible for cashback up to ₹ 100 per month.
Qualifying Transaction:
- All RuPay credit card linked on UPI through BHIM app
- All successful transactions of more than ₹ 50 during the offer period
- Transactions till the cashback limit of ₹ 100 getting exhausted in a month for a particular customer

HDFC Moneyback+ available on RuPay.
HDFC will easily convert your Moneyback+ card to RuPay via email (if LTF card available then your card will remain LTF).
HDFC bank is live on BHIM UPI but Moneyback+ RuPay still not working, you need to wait few more weeks/months for UPI linking.
You can contact Axis bank and change your IOCL Visa Card to RuPay (Your IOCL card remain paid card because you already hold paid Visa variant).

Thanks a lot for detailed response, and now I see the reason why I couldn't find the option.
I have not connected any of my banks with upi.
I first need to connect a bank account with upi then only i can have credit cards option.
Thats a bad design. They probably did this to avoid credit cards appearing in search results, but its failing credit-card only users.
Credit cards option should be visible right after sim verification too.
Note - Cashback credited on back date, i mean if you transaction today on 12th December then after few days cashback will credit but you will see cashback credit date same day 12th December (i am giving PNB RuPay CC reference).
Also note offer valid only on BHIM app, I dnt know you will get cashback on payzapp app HDFC RuPay Credit Card UPI linked or not.

Axis bank is currently offer LTF IOCL credit card (currently everyone got RuPay Variant).
Axis bank is also interested for UPI linking (will live in future).
2nd option - If you already have HDFC Regalia, Moneyback+, Freedom New, Indian Oil, Tata Neu cards then conversion to RuPay variant (HDFC also issue 2nd credit card on Tata Neu credit cards).
Note - Currently only HDFC RuPay Regalia is working on BHIM UPI linking, other HDFC RuPay Credit Cards UPI linking coming soon.
