Decent deal.
But only if the user has low expectations, it should be fine for them. Phones in this price range are much faster now, smart TVs are dirt cheap and both of them together make underpowered android tablets only useful for niche use cases.

A7 is better and is from 2020. This will be just okayish to use from 2021..
