SBI Credit card offer for EMI conversion at 13% with zero processing fee. It is a good deal, if you are looking for saving some interest on EMIs.
But you lose the free credit days. The EMI interest calculation starts from 29Aug20.
You may not get Reward Points. I am not sure.

how to get a SBI credit card? will they give without any income proof based on CIBIL score?
They give with Card to card basis, but you need to declare that you are working for some company. They dont need any income docs.
13% is too high, loot for SBICard

Coming to the returns : Invest it to get more than 18%. How to do that ? You need to have secondary/passive income knowledge.
