1. Introduction

a) Scan Karo Win Karo is a QR Code contest exclusively designed for Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil buyers.

b) Scan Karo Win Karo is applicable on the purchase of 01 Litre Pouch or 05 Litre Jar of Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil.

c) Scan Karo Win Karo & The Entries will be valid for 180 days starting from “01st June’ 22 to 30th Nov.’ 22”

d) For the purpose of the T&C, in the context required, you or your shall refer to any natural person who is the participant in the contest.

2. Eligibility

a) To participate in the contest, you must be a minimum of 18 years old on the day of entry submission.

b) You must be a permanent Indian citizen residing within the territory of India and also possess a valid ID & Address proof that is recognized by the Government of India.

c) Any employee of PBS Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd. and their immediate family members such as spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren or PBS Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd. affiliates, advisors, advertising & contest agencies are not eligible to enter the contest.

d) To participate in the contest, you must have a valid bill as proof of purchase of the prescribed quantity of Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil.

3. Contest Details

a) The contest will commence from 01st June’ 22 and will conclude on 30th Nov’ 22 ( both days inclusive of the contest period).

b) In order to participate in the contest, you must purchase a 01 Litre Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil Pouch or a 05 Litre Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil Jar.

c) The purchase must be validated by a bill from the retailer from where either of the quantity of Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil is bought.

d) You must scan the QR code which is seen on the packaging of 01 Litre Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil Pouch or 05 Litre Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil Jar.

e) Upon scanning the code, you will be directed to a window that shall ask you for your personal details such as your name, your mobile number, your contact address, etc.

f) You are expected to mandatorily fill in the details failing to which your entry shall not stand valid.

g) The contest is not eligible on the purchase of any other size variant other than 01 Litre Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil Pouch or 05 Litres Super Sarvottam Rice Bran Cooking Oil Jar.

h) All the participants who successfully submit their entries as prescribed in Section 3(f) shall be eligible for the contest & thereafter the “won” prize/s in relation to it.

i) At the time of redemption of the vouchers, the Malabar Gold & Diamond Store will calculate the price for products selected as per prevailing gold and silver rate, The voucher holder will pay the difference amount , post adjustment of voucher value , in the form of Cash payment , Credit Card , Debit card.

j) PBS Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd. will have the sole discretion over the selection of winners and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law may change the T&C or cancel the contest, modify it, suspend it, should unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond PBS Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd.’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or submission of entries.

k) Draw will be opened on the subsequent day of the date of the purchase.

l) PBS Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for contest entries such as (i) lost (ii) misdirected due to technical glitches or human error (iii) late (iv) incomplete (v) inaccurate

m) PBS Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd. in its sole discretion disqualify you if found to be (i) tampering with the entry process (ii) acting in violation of all the above T&C’s (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner with an intention to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person associated with the contest in any capacity.

n) The authorized subscriber of the email id used to enter the details at the time of the entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with the rules and regulations laid down in the T&C’s. Another email address used by you that is not held by you shall be not considered as a valid entry.

Under the Scan Karo Win Karo contest daily, weekly, monthly, and one BUMPER prize will be won.

a)Rs. 100 cashback through Paytm each to be given to 200 winners per day for the contest period starting from 01st June’ 22- 30th Nov’ 22.

b) 10 gms. Silver Coin voucher to be given to 03 winners each per day for the contest period starting from 01st June’ 22- 30th Nov’ 22.

c) 01 gm. Gold Coin voucher to be given to 01 winner per day for the contest period starting from 01st June’ 22- 30th Nov’ 22.

d) 01 Food Processor of a renowned brand to be given to 02 winners each per month for the contest period starting from 01st June’ 22- 30th Nov’ 22.
