error in communication in sendly m getting this error please tell me how to get rid of this

friend gt a recharge f 1000!! my balance 200 debited 4 1000 recharge sendly dsnt shw any recharge in status!!:twisted: !!!evn mobiwik cheated me it dint add 50% cashback!!!bad luck

No response on applying code now., Anyone facing the same problem ?

1> You can’t use a card which has OTP associated, as sendly doesn’t allow this option.
2> You can’t pay your postpaid bills or please don’t try
3> You cannot use un-verified Paypal account
4> You can use VCC to make it no otp option with Debit or Credit card.

Please let me know if anyone faces communication error after adopting the above points, Will try to help.

Was Successful

Guys i am not aware of sendly
can u please explain the prodedure u people are doing
and is it valid on app or is there any website for it

i earlier used BOI canrabank debit card…all worked

they changed something?

are the recharges going through now.?
night they were all pending..

can i proceed to recharge now.?

What is the procedure to cancel a successful transaction done for Postpaid number.

The reason why the payment failed is because you have used the same credit card in more than 2 Sendly/Rebtel accounts, and for security reasons it can’t be used with a third. Please use another card.

You can support your claim with the bank by showing them the screenshot I enclose, where it´s stated that the payment was “Cancelled”.

This is outside Sendly´s control and how fast you will get your money back depends 100% on your Bank´s policies.

I was able to recharge for 1000 from my phone but in my sis phone, am getting option of only 100/300:evil: It was a virgin phone (:-P ), just installed sendly, created account but not able to recharge above 300:twisted:

do check d option in your phone,evn my recharge failed trying from my fathers account,ITZ ONLY SHOWING 100 AND 300!!!
