how do u guys feel about Shark Tank India? 

I have been watching Shark Tank US for over 5 years now and feel that the investors they have are far more credible than the ones we have here. Also valuations are pretty rich in India compared to US. Maybe its just the first season and it will gradually sophisticate with time?

And that is expected because you need an investor will do due diligence and should have right to back out if they felt information was hidden before. 

I too have been watching Shark Tank US since S3 and prefer that but would reserve my judgement for Indian one until they survive 3 seasons and mature a bit. 

In the US one all the Sharks have built their business from scratch (not born with silver spoon) and have many years of expertise. While the Indian even has a golden spoon princess (Ms Namita CEO of her family business) and majority of Sharks are new age crorepatis cashing in on their startups benefiting the e-commerce, VC funding revolution,  (boat, lenskart etc). These sharks don’t even have experience since their companies are sometimes even younger than the contestants (with exception of Shaadi com)
