What is the Offer?
Every Customer gets 5% cashback (up to a maximum value of Rs. 500 every month) on their Home and Kitchen Appliances Purchase for 12 months. Customers have to purchase a Flipkart Gift Voucher of Rs 101 to be eligible for this offer. The cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s Gift Card wallet.

What is the Offer Period?
The Offer is valid from 00:00 hours on 1st April, 2021 to 23:59 hours on 30th June, 2021. Once the Gift Card is purchased, eligible customers will be able to avail cashback for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the Gift Card.

Customers purchasing Gift Card for the denomination Rs 101 on the Gift Card store https://www.flipkart.com/the-gift-card...re are eligible for participation in this Offer. This offer is applicable on the purchase of e-Gift Cards as well as physical Gift Cards.

How and When will winners receive the reward?
Offer will be activated immediately after the purchase of the Gift Card denomination of Rs 101. All purchases made after the purchase of the Gift Card will be eligible for cashback. Eligible Cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s Gift Card wallet by the 15th of every month.

This is a promotional Offer (“Offer”) (defined below) is being run by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (a “Seller”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively, “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
By participating in this Offer, user (“You”, “Your” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by;
these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform;
any terms and conditions of Flipkart;

Under no circumstances will the eGV being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart or the Seller. These GVs are not transferable.
Flipkart and/or Seller reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise.
The Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart and/or Seller at any point.

Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by the Seller(s) to provide Offer benefits/ rewards under this Offer. The Sellers shall indemnify and hold Flipkart harmless against any claims in this regard.
Flipkart or the Seller shall not be liable for any failure by bank/ UPI facilitator to honour/ facilitate Your transaction or for any technical issues because of which the transaction made by You is unsuccessful.
You shall indemnify and hold Flipkart and the Seller harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart or the Seller as a consequence of:
Your violation of these T&C, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform;
Your violation of applicable laws; and
any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This Offer is valid only in India.
The Offer is open to only end consumers and not to resellers.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart or Seller.
