○ Purchase for Rs. 1500 or more during the offer period from products from Lifestyle, (’ Products’) as mentioned in the T&C’s and get an extra 10% off (up to a maximum of Rs. 150), on purchase of products from applicable categories sold by the Sellers between 1st January (00:00 hrs), 2019 to 31st January 2019 (23:59 hrs).

○ The purchase value of INR 1500 or more can be done in multiple orders in the BOSS Sale as well. However, the offer can be availed only once per customer.

● What are the conditions to avail the offer?

Transaction will not qualify for the offer in case of cancellations or part cancellation till 31st December 2018.

● How do I check if a product is an eligible product?

You can check the list of all offers applicable on a product, on the product page. This offer will also be listed there, if the product is eligible for the offer. Offer is valid on all products showcased in the ‘Next Buy Bonus Store’.

Customer will see the link in ‘My reward’ section to avail the offer on the eligible products and can redeem the same between 1st January, 2019 to 31st January 2019.

OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Preliminary

1. This Offer (defined below) is being run by RetailNet, (“ Seller’, ) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively ‘Platform’), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (’ Flipkart’).

2. By participating in this Offer, the user (’ Customer’, ’ You’ or ’ Your’) agrees to be bound by:

○ these terms and conditions (’ T&C’);

○ the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and

1. The offer will commence at 20th December 2018 (00.00 hours) to 24th December 2018 (23:59 hours) (‘Offer Period’)

2. To participate in the Offer, you must do/ fulfill the following:

○ Age must be 18 years or above;

○ Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same; and

○ Purchase products from Lifestyle, (’ Applicable Categories’) for Rs. 1500 or more during the Offer Period.

3. In terms of the Offer and on fulfilling the above mentioned conditions, you will be eligible to get extra 10% off(’ Discount’) up to a maximum of Rs. 150, on purchase of products from applicable categories sold by the Sellers (’ Eligible Products’) between 1st January 2019 and 31st January, 2019 (’ Redemption Period’).

4. You can refer to the product listing page to check applicability of the Offer on the Product/s or Eligible Product/s.

5. You can view the details of your Discount under ‘My Rewards’ section.

6. The Discount will be automatically applied to the Eligible Products during the Redemption Period.

7. The Offer is valid on all modes of payment.

8. The Discount can be availed only once by You during the Redemption Period and only against one transaction during the Offer Period.

9. Offer is not applicable on orders of Products cancelled on or before 31st December 2018.

10. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is valid only in India.

2. The Offer is open to only end consumers and not to resellers.

3. Offer benefits/Discount shall not be settled in cash by Flipkart/Sellers and are not transferable.

4. Flipkart reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.

5. You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

6. Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.

7. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart/Sellers.

8. Flipkart/Sellers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.

9. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart/Sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part

10. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.

11. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.

12. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till February 28th, 2019. Post such date Flipkart/Sellers will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
