Lowest - Singer 4423 HEAVY DUTY Electric Sewing Machine, grey

I ordered this product on March 4 from HRK seller and delivery date was 12 March. On 9th, I got a letter from seller describing that the product is delayed and will be delivered by March end. But after receiving this letter, the product is showing as delivered in Amazon status. I have make complaint for this in Amazon and is waiting for their response.
So, think again while ordering as the seller is not amazon fulfilled.

I had ordered too that time. But luckily got refund.

Just received an email from seller and he is still assuring me to deliver the item on proposed time but I can’t trust him any more so asked Amazon to look into this matter.

If they not delivers the product anyways we will get refund right??

Recently it has been brought to my notice that orders have been delayed due to a technical error at our end in updating the delivery dates of the products.

I personally am extremely sorry for the incorrect information provided to you by my Team and I am personally now looking into the matter.

Recently there have been negative customer reviews because of the delay in deliveries of the product which has heavily impacted our relationship with Amazon.

Please note that I am now personally looking into the matter and will ensure that the product is delivered within 5th November 2020.

Also, to make things clear regarding the negative reviews, I myself along with my team have analyzed each
negative review and have come on the below conclusion.

• The Buyer has not waited for the delivery date and has posted a negative feedback
• The Buyer is a Competitive seller and has placed an order and then asked for it’s cancellation post which has
posted a negative feedback so that we are not allowed to sell on Amazon.

Reason for why the product is being offered at such a low price:
• The products were stuck in customs after the Government introduced stringent measures on import
clearance.
• Now we have got a go ahead and the items are being cleared and hence we have been able to give a firm
delivery date to you.

What happens if the order is not delivered to you?
• Amazon will not pay us for any non-delivered order
• Amazon tracks each order and only pays us once the order is delivered to the end customer.
• Till such time the funds are kept as reserve with Amazon.

Regarding Tracking ID’s which Customers are complaining as incorrect.
• Please note that we have tie-ups with Courier Companies from whom we buy tracking ID’s in bulk and the
information is only updated once the shipment is handed over to them.
• As per Amazon policy, we must confirm the order within 24hours of receipt and hence we have confirmed the
order with the tracking ID that has been provided to us by our Courier Partners.

Regarding Low cost of Products
• Please note that the products are lying idle at the Nava Sheva Port for almost 4-5 months in Containers.
• We already have lost a lot of money in demurrages and Cost of Capital and hence we want to liquidate the
product.
• This is the reason why we utilized the Sale Period to offer up to 70% discounts on our products.

To summarize everything, I do blame my company and myself for the technical issue and misinformation provided to you, but we are trying our best to resolve the problem.

Hence, I am reaching out to every customer personally and assuring that the product will be delivered within 5th November 2020.

We all have been through bad times due to the pandemic and still are recovering from our losses.
I hope you understand our situation and give us a chance to recover from our losses and fulfill your orders.

There is no such company with him as a director, secondly if he is an sole proprietors like many small business,he will hold the inventory and not sale it for loss.He can sell it at even 5% discount very easily if he want to. This is a scam message, just rotating peoples money on whatever business he does and issue refund after some months.

CEO personally looking into your matter.

Last 4 months before I ordered this product but this is not delivered by seller because seller is fraud.. This fake seller collects the customer personal information and sell to the others.

I complained about fraud of this seller to Amazon but Amazon not taken any action against e- kriyansh store and did not post my review against this seller.

They are not refunding the money. They are says they need to investigate.

Still I am not able to figure out how frauds easily sell through Amazon marketplace.
