Slice app and services are not trusted at all. I withdrew 150 rs they gave it after 2months of repeated complaints. Then karma hit them back. I got 150rs and again rs150 after 2 days. Then I raised request for account closure, after 2weeks they said that there is wrongly rs150 credited in your account so they can't close the account unless I pay rs150. I said I will not pay because it is their fault not mine and as per RBI policy they can't force me to pay it neither they can withdraw it from bank. I was fed up with daily complaining, then luckily one of their employees closed my loan account of rs20k( which they didn't mention at the time of application that they will be issuing a loan for credit).
But still they were adamant that I have to rs150 to close my account completely.
I kept them waiting for 3months 
. They called daily 2times with different nos. .
I also told them that such a big company can't even consider rs150 which is their fault? They said they cant.
I tried UPI option from magic pin for Amazon pay voucher 200 and paid through hdfc card linked in slice but I didn't get any cashback.Am I missing anything.plz reply.

1.Rs.200 Loaded in slice account using upi account
2. Rs.200 added to Paytm wallet from slice upi
3. Withdrawn Rs.200 to origin upi account from Paytm
All steps are free and got Rs.100 cashback as well.
