3. The SmartBuy Super Salary Day cashback will be posted as Cashback points in customer’s Debit Card linked account within 90 working days from the last date of transaction month, on best effort basis.

4. The eligible Cashback for Debit card transactions will be posted as Cashback points. Visit Netbanking to redeem these on card account. CashBack points will only be posted for live accounts. Customers closing their accounts before fulfilment date of CashBack points will not be eligible for the offer.

5. Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking and placing the request for redemption of the Cashback points. Every 1 Cashback Point is equal to Re.1.

6. The cashback points accumulated can be redeemed as below:

Through NetBanking: Cards> Debit Cards > Enquire> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Account Number> Continue> Input the CashBack amount

7. 2 working days’ post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only

8. Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 3 months from cashback posting month, post which the same will expire. For example, cash back points posted in the month of December’20 will be valid for redemption till 31st March 2021 post which on 1st April 2021 these points will expire.
