They aren’t that bad man, SnapDeal still has a great customer base and sales volume. Yeah, they suck in terms of customer support and delivery times though.
They aren’t bad, eh? I have been a loyal customer since their launch, and have purchased a lot of products like Smartphones, DSLR, Car Tyres over the years, but recently, I had issues with a “combo” product. The seller sent me only 1 item out of the 2 offered. I requested replacement, and got the same. All of this took me about a month, but they had not refunded my money. I raised the issue through their website, and got an automated email stating that they’re suspending my account due to transactions that did not pass their internal checks. I wrote a strongly-worded complaint, and also spoke to the customer care, who had no idea of what I am talking about. They insisted that my account is intact in their end.
Finally they refunded my money, but not the courier charges. I’ve been spending the last one month repeatedly raising the issue. Yesterday, being fed up of this, I tweeted them, and someone called me. She kept wavering in her statements. At one point she says she will ensure the refund, and then takes back her words. She again says she will forward this to the concerned dept., and finally she says my account is suspended, and I will not be getting my courier charges back. She refused to tell me more about “their internal checks”.
All of this harassment for 30 bucks.
I would love to prefer and support “desi” startups. But I would rather be a slave to Amazon than to be a rag-doll for Snapdeal or Shopclues with such disgusting attitude. Whether we like it or not, Amazon stands on top with exceptional customer support.
In the past few months, I have made at least 10-15 returns/replacements at Amazon with very little effort, if any. I woke up yesterday morning to find an email telling me that they’re rewarding me with Rs. 50 GV for being a nice customer. SD and SC can eat dirt, I don’t care!

Excellent write up man. Kudos for that. That’s the reason I still don’t prefer SD.
Everybody can hold 2active Citibank credit cards and 3 add-on on each of them, for free. That’s 6 different CC numbers per person.

It’s better you ask your friends because if this indeed is true with a max discount amount of 1500rs-2000rs, then everyone will be quite busy in looting for themselves. You will find very few people ready to help you & those people will be bombarded with PM’s requesting for help. Otherwise apply for it immediately.
Hoping against the hope.
very good deal. Voted up & suggested for FPD (though my suggestion wont matter).
One query though, how much is the expected discount & will this be applicable on redmi note 3?

Offer is good byt you are little late in posting the same. Someone already posted this deal.
As a country, we are still resourceful even after centuries of plundering by the Europeans. Add to that the enormous human resource we have! We can literally create heaven on earth.
The bitter fact is that we are still not united among ourselves and so the world powers find it easy to loot our wealth in devious ways.
