Eazydiner CBCC Promotional Offer (“Offer”) is a limited time promotional offer provided to you by EazyDiner Private Limited (“Merchant”) in relation to the net spends made on a valid and current Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card (“Card”) issued by ICICI Bank and co-branded by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
The Offer is available only to the customers who: (a) hold a Card (“Cardholder”), and (b) have a minimum net spends of INR 25,000 (Twenty-five Thousand) on using the Card during the Offer Period (defined below).
This Offer is valid for spends starting December 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked without assigning any reason or any prior notice and without liability of any kind by the Merchant, Amazon or the ICICI Bank, at their sole discretion.
Under this Offer, the Cardholder spending a minimum of INR 25,000 during the Offer Period is eligible to receive a complimentary 3-month EazyDiner membership.
Eligible members will receive a unique coupon code to avail the membership latest by January 31st 2022
Membership will start from February 1, 2022 and last until April 30, 2022
These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Conditions of Use of Merchant’s Platform. To the extent the Conditions of Use of Merchant’s Platform are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.
The Merchant, Amazon and the ICICI Bank reserve the right without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
By participating in this Offer, the Cardholder agrees that the Merchant or Amazon or ICICI Bank or any of their affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that the Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Offer, or delivery or non-delivery of the benefits under the Offer.
Under no circumstances, will the benefits under the Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof. No requests for transfer or assignment of the benefit under the Offer shall be entertained.
The Merchant, Amazon or the ICICI Bank reserve the right to disqualify a Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer, in its sole discretion, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer, or for any reason whatsoever.
By agreeing to these Offer Terms, you agree to accept all of Merchant’s and/or Amazon’s decisions in relation to the Offer as final and binding on you. Failure by the Merchant to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
All disputes between the Cardholder and the Merchant will be resolved inter se and Amazon, or the Bank will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them.
In the event a Cardholder fails to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, such Cardholder will not be eligible to receive the benefit under this Offer.
Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by the Merchant and/or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute in relation to this Offer.
This Offer is being made purely on a “best-effort” basis and participating in or availing this Offer is voluntary on part of the Cardholder.
A Cardholder availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
