Why spend on this useless product?
cocoa powder, icing sugar (or fine grind sugar in mixer), small pinch of salt. A egg beater and few drops of water or amul butter if you want to consume fresh.Whisk with egg beater and add small quantity of icing sugar till it emulsify’s into thick paste since as sugar melts it releases water so have to balance it.
You have home made chocolate syrup in no tinr. Both hygenic and healthy.
A friend uses veg may ones as base instead of butter and water since her kids use it as bread spread.
Not just this but all in the market are loaded with sugar, artificial flavour and a lot of preservatives.

Chocolate syrup with just 5% choco, rest is sugar syrup & synthetic essence. Poison in disguise,.
