yes, got it. I had recharged around 11:45 pm yesterday night via State bank anywhere and got today around 12:15pm

Yesterday recharge by pocket mvisa and received Rs 200 as a cash back. Now tried today. Let’s wait for cashback

Complained to customer care. Lady called up saying money will be refunded to payzapp in a week.
Payback customer care says they have received several complaints from yesterday regarding recharge not being successful

It depends on where is Tata Sky entity registered. Nothing to do with your location. Do give a like, if it works for you. Also, many those who paid via payzapp are facing issues, whereas my transaction on sbi app had no issue. I got tata sky sms within 5seconds of recharging.
