1. AirAsia (India) Private Limited (“Airline” / “AirAsia India” / “I5”) ‘Flash Sale’ offer (“Offer”) is valid only for bookings made on 4-Nov-2022 till 23:59 IST for travel from 04 Nov 2022 till 31 Mar 2023.

2. This offer is a discount of forty per cent (40%) on the base fare of relevant flight bookings made by logged in NeuPass members booking on airasia.co.in or the AirAsia India Mobile app only, on using the promo code “NEU40” on Apply offer section during booking. Airport fees and charges and Government levied taxes will be applicable above the discounted value of the base fare.

Discount of thirty per cent (30%) on the base fare of relevant flight bookings made by logged in NeuPass members booking on airasia.co.in or the AirAsia India Mobile app only, on using the promo code “NEU30” on Apply offer section during booking. 3. Seats are limited and may not be available for all dates, flights, or routes.

4. This is a limited inventory offer, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fares will be featured wherever available for booking.

5. The Offer is applicable on AirAsia India (I5) flights only and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

6. Fares include base fare, taxes, airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services.

7. The Offer advertised on 5% NeuCoins applies for NeuPass members initiating their booking on the Tata Neu app, is applicable on eligible spends and is inclusive of the standard earn rates members are eligible for based on their AirAsia badge as listed in the Badges & Benefits section on www.airasia.co.in/loyalty-be...ts.

8. Badge based discounts are awarded only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. Member fares are accessible only to logged in members, irrespective of the passengers travelling on the PNR. Badge based discounts and members fares can be clubbed if the booking and travel are both done by members.

9. NeuCoins are awarded on completion of the flight journey, only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. NeuCoins are awarded to the member travelling on the PNR and not to the booker.

10. No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified at Airline’s official website (www.airasia...in).
