It’s 5 working days (sat is non working day). Also this time we should expect more delays because of the huge amount of orders they might have got.

I received message of activation and money load in card from GCI. But when registering on edenredcards site, it is saying card is not active

Placed request for activation on GCI on 16th, activated yesterday morning. After placing activation request i didn’t check GCI. Directly check edenred. I mean try to register on edenred.

For my cards also in status it is showing cards not active,But it is already activated & registed at edenred yesterday night.

Call GCI, they will say awaiting revert from edenred, try registering at edenred site if it gets registered then it will most probably active .

Test with a small transaction to confirm.

All my cards still shows as Not Active on GCI website. However, I was able to register all cards (activation requested on 13th/14th/17th) on edenred website today. My bad, I was only checking the status on GCI website until yesterday. Incidentally 4 cards already had the mobile number updated, so I could use it online rightaway. For the others I am expecting the mobile number to get updated in a day or two.
