3 days back i sent Rs750 to my friend on his hdfc bank upi id (xxxxxxx@hdfcbank) using Tez. He hasn’t signed up on tez. Ideally i think i should have received a scratch card but didn’t receive one. Could anyone explain why?
You should not had to send money non tez upi id.
If upi id is non tez then u have to pull fund from there.
