10% Instant discount – Federal bank offer : FAQs
1. What is the offer?
Get 10% Instant Discount with Federal Bank Debit Cards on purchase of any product listed in the Amazon Pantry/Fresh Store on every Monday in the month of April 2021: 19th and 26th April. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.

2. How can I avail this offer?
Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved Federal Bank Debit Cards to pay.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?
As long as Rs 2000 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products, you will be eligible for the offer.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per Federal Bank Debit Cards across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs 300per card per month. Customers need to checkout Pantry and Fresh products separately to get benefit on either carts. Example: a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1500, max discount is Rs 150 b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 1500, max discount is Rs 150 c) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 4000 If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 200 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 100. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 300 and Fresh would be Rs. 0. d) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?
No, the discount is available only on Federal Bank Debit Cards.

6. Can I avail discount on EMI?
No, the discount is not applicable on EMI.

7. I did not receive the discount. Why?
Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry products worth Rs 2000 or more in your cart.

8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?
If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment successfully within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer.
