1. What is the SBI Offer?
a) Get up-to 10% instant discount on SBI Credit Card & Credit EMI Transactions on purchase of (ACs, Cooler, Fans, Refrigerators and TV) under this offer. b) The offer is valid for only once per card. c) Minimum transaction value: INR 7500. d) Maximum Discount value: INR 1,500 on Credit Card Transactions and INR 1,750 on Credit Card EMI Transactions. e) Any cancelled, rejected or returned order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted with the instant discount amount.

2. How can I avail this offer?
Shop as usual with your SBI Credit Card to pay. As long as Minimum transaction amount or more is charged to your SBI Credit Card while making an eligible purchase on amazon.in/Amazon App, you will get an Instant Discount on the purchase.

3. Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
Yes, the offer is applicable on exchange and No Cost EMI or on both as long as minimum transaction value is spent on SBI Card.

4. Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?
COD and Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

5. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, the offer is available on partial payments as long as minimum purchase value is spent on SBI Credit Card. The customer cannot use EMI option if Amazon Pay balance is selected.

6. Is the offer applicable on EMI?
Yes, the offer is available on Credit Card EMI.

7. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
Upto INR 1,500 instant discount on SBI Credit Card Transactions and INR 1,750 instant discount on SBI Credit Card EMI Transactions.

8. What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However, if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility.

9. Can I avail the offer on NON-EMI transactions?
Yes, the offer is applicable on Non-EMI purchase as well.

10. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?
If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.

Offer Terms and Conditions
This offer (“Offer”) is provided by SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (“SBICPSL"),and is made available on the website www.ama...in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and Terms & Conditions of Cards of SBI Bank. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
All residents of India holding a valid credit card issued by SBICPSL (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer.
All SBI/Tata Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) excluding SBI/Tata Corporate Credit Card & Paytm SBI Credit Card, with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Program.
Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any listed ACs, Refrigerators, Fans, Coolers and TV (“Product”) on Amazon and makes payment for the Product using the SBI bank Card, will be entitled to receive 10% Instant Discount up-to Rs.1500 (Credit card) and 1750 (Credit card EMI) provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds minimum transaction value of Rs.7500 mentioned by the participating seller.
The Offer is valid for the below duration or until stocks of the Products last, whichever is earlier, unless revoked or extended by SBICPSL and Amazon without any prior notice and without any liability. a. 16th April – 19th April 2021 (“Offer Period ”)
The Offer is valid once per card during the offer period.
Offer also valid on EMI transactions at Amazon.in
The offer is not valid on Card on Delivery transactions at Amazon.in.
Offer is not applicable on cancelled/returned orders.
Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
In case there are multiple items in a purchase order, the item-wise savings/discount may vary. However, the overall savings/discount on the purchase order will be equivalent to maximum savings / discount the Cardholder is eligible for under this Offer.
SBICPSL and Amazon reserve the right to disqualify the customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Cards.
SBICPSL and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SBI/TATA Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards issued by SBICPSL.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
By participation in this Offer, you hereby agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the Offer.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
All disputes between the customers and SBICPSL, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only for SBICPSL and in Mumbai for Bank, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
