Donot use mobikwik, did 7 transactions of 10k to pay credit card bill and one was reversed back to bank. So total amount that must have been credited is 60k but in credit card it is showing as 50k. No help or customer care phone number. I am trying my best to provide them statements of both credit card and bank account but they seem to just fool around. Somehow my 10,000 is missing from last 12 days and they keep sending me transaction id of reversed payment instead of looking into where the amount went.

Supercash is totally useless…

One suggestion to every: don’t be greedy for supercash.. Always do 1 transaction and wait for it to credit in your CC account.. If you need to do more than 1 transaction, then make sure all transaction amount is different otherwise you will struggle to make them understand if anyone fails..
