This policy should be applicable on ground level when the mobile is physically checked at the time of delivery..

Their exchange policy is shit, I tied last time and the guy who came to inspect, rejected saying that there are a lot of issues. He rejected for a pin point dent which I had and said I’ll have to pay extra 1100. Cancelled my mobile purchase from them and went to store, got better value at offline local store.

I’m going to order a new phone today for exchange during BBD and I’ll give him “old phone” in sealed pack condition and ask him to unbox.
But please note he has full authority to still reject it!!!
@rajrocks is there any way to know ..as it is written in there t&c that the device will be evaluated at the time of delivery. So what is the amount or percent amount will be deducted from exchange value if there is screen damage & body dent etc. as earlier there used to be a particular table mentioning every detail .. couldn’t find it now anywhere

Same here last year wish master rejected my phone and even there is no scratch. He argues me the battery is swollen slightly even the battery is new. He was behaving like the ceo of flipkart. I think he wants some bribe. Also ask to pay cash of exchange amount so i have not taken my phone. Besides giving the real reason he mentioned that customer rejects the new phone. I got refund after 5-6 times call with them. I paid 10,000 by flipkart gift voucher. I thought flipkart can block my account too. So i called customer care and tells them reason and after they got cancelled by merchant side. As soon as i got refund i immediately used all flipkart voucher brought new phone. Because of the stupidity of that wish master wasted 5-6 days. Better to exchange with amazon if ur willing to exchange.
Seems like a gimmick , i tried entering IMEI of 3-4 feature phones but none working (tried micromax,samsung, IBALL mobiles).

How long should it have been to order another phone from Flipkart without getting account blocked? Haven’t ordered anything on 2 accounts other than a phone each around 9 and 11 months back.

I exchanged Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830I for 750 (excluding Rs 100 pickup charge) yesterday. It shows Rs 1000 but since it had few damages on external body Rs 250 was reduced. I gave since no site is accepting this phone to buy.
It is worthless…dnt even try…my phone was in almost new condition and the guy was constantly trying to find a flaw for ten minutes…and somehow he managed to find a dot of paint wear and was relieved like hell, then kept insisting it to be a dent…but even if it was a dent he should have offered a revised decreased rate but he outright refused and kept saying flipkart penalises them…
Later through message I noticed that reason provided by him to flipkart was that I was providing the wrong phone…so he could not take it…
Hey guys can somebody tell me if we pay full value of exchange instead of giving out mobile to get the order. Can we do that if we selected exchange for mobile during payment.
I was able to exchange my redmi note 3 with screen crack, discoloration, loose body at 2250. I guess this time they have explicitly made aware there wish masters 
Its a useless gimmick from Flipkart. they will resell these at 50% higher rates on 2gud . Better to sell at olx, cashify
They advertise this many times but their wish master reject even if there is small scratch on the phone.
