I have spoken to more than 3 amazon CC guys and everyone is saying that extended warranty won’t be valid if it is bought separately and either we can buy tv on an exchange or buy extended warranty.
can confirm got the tv the extended warranty with exchange for 21900 ,spoke to callcenter on phone to coinfirm its ok …she confirms its ok and proper
I bought 1 panasonic TV 50 inches few years back for 39999
warranty was 1 year and on 13th Month display gone
than I bought samsung 49 inches on Jan 2020 ( 1 on tv + 1 on display)
display gone this month and I am waiting to get it replaced from Samsung ( they are taking too much time almost 20+ days)
so my suggestion is better buy with additional warranty
( Along with TV + Warranty)
oh…not good.. Panasonic may get such issues. But Samsung can also have display issues just after 1 yr , its a big impact on its reputation.

had a chat with CC the concerned person from large appliances department said i can go ahead and purchase the extended warranty even after the delivery of the order. within 48 hours the warranty company will call us and confirm the serial number of the TV and update it in their records

Got the TV today. One thing I noticed is that even if the Brightness is reduced there is no change. You need to reduce the backlight. And if backlight is reduced to say 50% then there are horizontal waves seen on the entire screen. Specially on grey background. Can anyone who has purchased the 55inch model check the same and confirm if they have the same issue

Received it today… Watched for 2 3 hrs with all default settings.. seems perfect… Audio is good for around 15 ft room… I did not notice need of soundbar…

Anyone who has bought the 55 inch model. Do a LED screen test from any Youtube video. See if the Gray and Light Blue colours are displayed without any flickering or waves. I have an issue with my screen. Have placed a replacement request.

You can buy this one.. Other process is to go to tv link, there you will get extended warranty option, add that.. Remove tv and buy… Then confirm with CC team that you were not able to place order of warranty with tv, you have bought it separately.. Please merge warranty with my tv order.. Or will it be fine to have warranty as separate order because warranty page says it has to be bought with tv in same order. They will confirm it’s fine..
