AMAZON IS WORKING FOR ME 
I have received Rs.100 cashback in each of my 2 Swiggy orders (paid through 2 different Amazon pay accounts). Both orders placed 4-5pm today. But on my 3rd Swiggy order around 6:30pm today paid through another Amazon pay account (no payment done in May with that account) – I haven’t yet received cashback even after 1.5hrs. I had collected the offer separately before placing the Swiggy order. Also, I have applied coupon code ‘SWIGGYIT’ which I think might be blocking the cashback Rs.100 from Amazon. As in my earlier 2 orders, I didn’t apply any promo code. In this order, the cashback offer was not showing up while making the payment.
I also faced the issue some thing like that but got cashback after 25 mins, so you contact amazon chat support/make a call to address the issue since as per tnc cashback is instant for this offer.

I realized after ordering the food that this offer was useless for me. Delivery fees was 45 rupees, GST was extra, Rush hour surcharge was also extra. All these things added up to 100 which was the coupon value. Marketing gimmicks these days.

Just an update.
I ordered item worth 150 Rs.
I paid 45 RS as surge and delivery charges plus 7.50 Rs for restaurant charges. Total 202.50 Rs.
I am eligible for getting 100 Rs cashback from Amazon Pay.
I got almost 50 percent discount at the end.
I just don’t understand of surge and delivery fee of 45 Rs.
If anyone can explain, how to get 100 percent cashback without paying anymore than 100 Rs, I will appreciate.
If I had ordered item worth 100 Rs, I would have got 33 percent discount.
