Do not fall in the trap of using this Tata neu app. So one fine day they will block your account without any goddamn reason. The customer care is just unaware of which Tnc have been violated. Nothing is gonna help in order to resolve this. Tried across all platforms (Facebook, Insta, email) they have a standard reply to everything. Been 3 months since my account has been blocked

Game over for tata neu. I lost more than 5000 neucoins . They are cheaters ! But I know how to get back my money! I stocked unnecessary items to get all those coins. Tata Digital is doing these deliberately in FY 2023-2024. They required numbers for their balance sheet for FY 2022-2023 for bringing Tata Digital IPO. Remember initial days of Paytm with so many cashback /offers , no body orders from their platforms nowadays. Tata neu is going the same way.Â
I noticed particular pattern in blocking account. Your thoughts please.Â
1)having multiple accounts and big enough coins in all accounts.Â
2 ) ordering large quantity in big basket and croma in short span of time and having large number of coins. Here looks like ai flagging account for commercial usage it seem. If you earn 3000 to 5000 coins in big basket in one month that means grocery purchase of 60000 to 100000 per month. Dose a family need so high grocery purchase every month. ? If you buy 4 to 5 mobile in croma in a short span also seems ai will flag as business activity.Â
They are flagging accounts for ordering Rs 1000/- items on bigbasket also. They know they cannot sustain for long with these lucrative offers. Another failed attempt to establish superior digital platform like Paytm .

Bigbasket / Tata Neu
Now the order is showing under Big basket and not Tata Neu.

My friend suggested to buy 2 gram gold coin + 8 orders of 500 each. This way you can achieve 15000 target easily.
