I already talk mang times on call they are account inactive by operational team we can't do anything just mail on our email id our mail team replayed you, i mailed 7-8 times till now but they are denying to provide gv balance and reactive account also from last 48 hours they are not replying now.

Try mailing their grievance officer and tell them about the behaviour of the delivery person and the whole story. It's 48 hours, have they given you any time period for replying to your mail? Mail their grievance officer first. See how it goes.

They given me 48 hours for reply but still now not received any reply cc is saying because of high volume of complaints maybe it's delay.

Don't worry the issue will be resolved. I understand that your money is stuck there but don't take stress. Just consider it a matter of time. They will respond positively. Even if there is an issue you can always escalate to higher authorities. So, keep calm and keep faith. Everything will be just fine.
