I sent email for my earlier issue (150CB reverted) and they sent reply like this.
I understand your concern is in regards to your Cowin Vaccination Certificate Reward. As per the latest update received by our Marketing team, please use the coupon code FREE150 which equivalent to Rs.150. The code is eligible only if the cart value after the final billing is Rs.999 or more.

Also, got SMS FREE150 for covid19 vaccine reward..

Now, they officially re-branded the earlier offer (150CB to wallet) to this offer (150 OFF code on 999).

Sad part is they took back the 150 wallet cash they gave earlier..

It seems they had credited 150 but I didn’t get any notification. Since it was valid for only one day, it expired.
