Received email from HDFC for 2nd offer but didn't receive the GV by 31st December. Contacted HDFC a few days later but their customer care confused it with the 1st offer. Had to provide screenshot of the offer email from HDFC and also the qualifying transaction as they couldn't find it on their own. Already the 3rd week.
Finally received the SMS from HDFC, redeemed it for ASV and waiting for it to be delivered.
Edit: Completed. Rather convoluted process. Eden Red/Ticket Express displayed OOS error multiple times before the voucher was finally available.
