I paid full amount of Rs3105 using the code but the booking did not get confirmed. They have put it on hold and asking me to pay 9000rs more. I am trying to call their customer care but call is not getting connected.

In most cases, Just wait for two days, booking will be automatically cancelled and you will get your refund.

Please do not book it’s just a advance payment and your money will be stuck , I have to cancel my booking and lost one day booking charge

Thanks buddy .. if your booking is coming soon do update us if you faced any issue as I too contacted CC but they are useless. My hotel has to be cancelled a week before the booking date to get 100% refund so I just want to be safe and dont want to loose my 10k which I have paid for my bookings.

Happened to me yesterday when I made booking and used promo code ixioyo.
Spoke to cc, they asked to share screenshot of the page where coupon was applied and discounted amount payable was shown.
After I did it they fixed the bug and correct amount was displayed.
Was resolved within 5 min on call.
Maybe you can do the same.
