I found Realme 7 pro better than Vivo X50 because it doesn’t have audiojack and fast charging support but has good RAM and memory than realme 7 pro. Should I go for this or wait for a 5g phone as 5G is going to be launched after an year?. Confused . kindly help dimers

Just called the customer care , got funny reply from them, they are saying order is rejected, they r trying to deliver through another seller, my promised date was 17th dec , now they r saying its 20 dec not 17 dec,then i said why its not updated in app? They r saying it takes 2 days to update 
. Asked for refund

You tried to contact their support within a day from ordering ? 
That too it was sunday ..the first 24hours
The chances of products getting shipped on sunday are very minimal (even if its flipkart)
And since then its been only a day and people are flooding their support which is the one thing no one should do when its a PE/Deal (The Obv Croma/TC looters know this rule pretty well)
If you consider the past PE deals from TC, they all got cancelled within hours and now if they decide to ship they might definitely skip those who reached out for more info (Its still instock on TC..so the only problem is with the extra 30% discount)
At Least wait for the delivery deadline to be done before reaching out to their support
On top of it, people ordered phones in bulk and they think tatacliq offers drone delivery service 
PS: The recent Flipkart Axis 50% bug, FK made me wait 25days before they finally decided to ship it and i never bothered to contact them even for once since the order date (Delivery Deadline got extended thrice)
