I have opened account day before yesterday (midnight) It’s showing no active card right now !
And the only mail I received was about account opening and IB registration
No information regarding video kyc till now !
Also 250gv on account opening not received till now
Once you opened your account , system automatically assign video kyc request in service request with name account upgrade. It depends on branch person who calls you and arrange video kyc. If it is delay by 3-4 days ask CC to expedite this request. My virtual debit card was generated automatically within 3 days. Don’t know depends on video kyc or not. FYI I have also not received amazon vouchers but getting idfc kit tomorrow by speed post. Hope this helps you.

Hi Tenga, can you elaborate on the benefit please, as seen in the link provided the interest rate is very low of just 2.5% and lot of charges also applicable on that account such as SMS Alert charges quarterly, etc.

Actually there’s no benefit in doing a FD/RD. So unless you want to get the cashback… don’t do it as interest in savings account is much better. Also, before you put your money in FD check the T&Cs and do it for the smallest amount and time possible.
