Whatsapp Banking & UPI vouchers pending since long. Now I have the same question whether UPI peer to peer transfer is also eligible or only merchant transactions . Need to get this clarified .
while registering upi its says “Account Number is not found for this mobile number” tried with idfc app , paytm and phonepe as well

Because i made some transaction and i did not got any voucher when called them they were saying you will get the vouchers within 30 days of transaction now suddenly they are saying that you are not eligible as you opened the account on 8th of august.

Its a struggle…need to spend 2500 from IDFC, Amex 4 transaction for a month for today …. Too much to spend by EOD.

75000/- transferred to IDFC Account No. 10060705336 had vanished without a trace. The transaction date is 01-Oct-2020. Do not trust this 3rd class, technology-challenged lousy bank because they use CCAvenue as the transaction gateway and it is the worst service provider in the planet. I am sure the money will get traced but only after great difficulty. IDFC had not responded to my complaint so far. You had been warned.

I have done transfer 10 times via imps, upi …. Didnt see any issues. Anyway, if you have proof … Sender or receiver bank should resolve it …. But yeah it takes times. Had same experience with icici and axis, so no bank is different these days … Specially in corona times frankly.
Try ‘add fund’ option from IDFC account itself. It goes to CCAvenue and then will definitely fail after debiting the money.

It is better to be safe with your money than lose all the capital. I had transferred 75K and that vanished without a trace. IDFC asking to check with CCAvenue, and CCvenue says check with IDFC. Long battle ahead for me. You want to walk the same path?
Always try to fund the account through NEFT or UPI. Sometimes CCAvenue fails. 
Yes, NEFT is the right suggestion. CCAvenue failed both times I tried, so in my experience, they always fail. Such a 3rd class company and they claim international presence.
Finally the amount got credited after spending hours chasing, and heaping abuses on them on facebook & twitter. The experience was truly disappinting. And they credited the amount on today’s date, 2 days after I did the transfer.I had opened 2 accounts, with an intention of funding 5Lakhs each (max insured amount as per recent changes in the law, if bank fails). But doing a rethink now.
Does Bill payment immediately show in ‘Transaction history’ section under bills category.
Paid an electricity bill, the amount was deducted but there is no reference ID or record of the bill being paid. No sms regarding bill also, just debit sms.
